SERVICE MANAGER - LOW VOLTAGE PRODUCTS

ABB Elektrik Sanayi A.Ş.

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good in personal computer and MS Office programs,
• 8-10 years experience in sales and preferably in service sales related low voltage systems/products, start-up&commissioning, trouble-shooting and upgrades activities,
• Preferably have previous working experience on industrial/building maintenance projects,
• Team working, result oriented, analytical, communicate efficiently, customer orientation,
• Managerial experience from marketing & sales,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Ability to travel frequently.

İŞ TANIMI

• To carry responsibility of given service budget,
• Responsible for sales pursuits of services in existing ABB installed base in Turkey,
• Develop long term relationship and maintain customer relations and manage customer accounts,
• Coordinate with LBU Manager to decide on pricing strategies, negotiate and secure contracts,
• Explore further market opportunities from both existing customer and potential prospects,
• To build up&develop service personnel in line with market,
• To develop competence of service personnel to respond the market requirements,
• To provide organisation to deliver 7 days and 24 hours service for ABB equipment,
• Coordinate of service works(trouble-shooting,upgrades or regular maintenance etc),
• Reporting to Local Business Unit Manager.
