Internal Audit Supervisor

• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, accounting or finance from a reputable university,
• Excellent skills of English. Russian speakers are preferred,
• Excellent skills of MS application,
• 4-5 years’ experience in internal audit, preferably in construction or manufacturing companies or big four independent audit firms,
• Strong communication skills and team working ability,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Analytical minded and detail oriented,
• Ability to work under pressure and to take initiatives,
• No restriction for both domestic and abroad travelling,

İŞ TANIMI

• Formation of internal audit procedures and methods,
• Performing audit activities to provide assurance risk and control structures in day to day business activities,
• Evaluating and examining policies, procedures and systems in force in the Group to identify risks and to protect Group’s assets,
• Conducting special audits and developing strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities,
• Conducting special reviews, complex audits and special investigations at management’s request,
• Performing analysis to rationalize the transactions,
• Evaluating efficient and effective use of resources at the company,
• Visiting construction sites in various cities of Russia,
