QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Graduated from Engineering Department.
Basic knowledge about telecommunication or GSM network operation management is a plus.
Project Management Experience is a plus.
MS office applications knowledge.
Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Rollout Specialist with the will and ambition to work in West Blacksea Technic Region Management Function, reporting West Blacksea Technic.Area Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Review and control the subcontractor’s performance in the region through all quality and performance reports
Accountable for the MSPs management according to the agreed SLA’s
Manage the performing of TSS, EMF measurements, file preparations of new/revision sites and submission of files to BTK for site certification.
Accountable for the deployment and obligations considering all relevant procedures
Manage the performing of physical revision and upgrade swap of 2G-3G network elements and auxiliary equipments( energy, radio link, air conditioning, tower e.g.).
Manage the site folder ownership/update.
Ensure the performing of site acceptance tests according to the technical specifications and SLA’s
