İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Key Account Sales Executive with the will and ambition to work in Health & Services Segment Sales Management Function, reporting Health&Services Segment Sales Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
Establishing and managing Vodafone business within customers defined as Key Accounts in order to articulate the VDF value proposition in the context of key networking and business ROI concepts.

Strategic Management

Apply VDAS sales and marketing strategies within the assigned accounts to ensure that Key Accounts department achieves annual targets.

Ensure that the assigned accounts are fully utilized in terms of VTAS & VFNET (Vodafone NET A.S.) products and services (i.e voice; data and mobile plus products)

Business Management

Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis, tools provided by the company.

Lead cross functional teaming initiatives to improve sales process and customer satisfaction.

Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targetted by the department.

Focus on customer invoice payments so that money collection is maximized

Ensure VTAS & VFNET sales and marketing strategies are applied by inline with policies and procedures.

Contract assigned accounts to increase subscriber life cycle within Vodafone network

Develop Vodafone business within current customers so that VTAS & VFNET revenues are increased.

Establish customer information inline with Vodafone requirements and keep it up to date.

Utiliize customer data; make classification and differentiate resources/plans for each specific customer sothat customer needs are satisfied.

Relations Management

Establish effective relations with the accounts to ensure that VTAS & VNET is the preferred supplier for telecomunication.

Respond to the customer needs within agreed time intervals and ensure CDI targets are achieved.

Provide superior service to customers so that VDF subscribers can advocate VDF brand/products to all GSM users

Manage relations with non VDF users in order to increase consideration of VDF products/brand usage
