QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 
  • Must have energy sector (electricity, natural gas), telecoms and similar utility sectors experience and/or consulting experience.
  • For senior Consultant candidates, an industry professional having project or business development experience with 3+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in energy sector. For Consultant candidates, 2+ years of experience is sought.
  • For candidates with energy sector background, demonstrated industry experience in at least one of the service lines listed above( Strategy, ETRM, Operational Excellence, Analytics, CDD, PMO, Customer and Market Solutions, Custom IT Development /Package Implementation, Performance management, Management Reporting, Complex Modelling, Retail Sales)
  • Analytical and Structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
  • Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment
  • Ability to work independently; set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a project team player
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial, Electrical and Electronics, Civil, Mechanical or Computer Engineering) or Business Administration, Economics
  • Master of Business Administration ( MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in ındustrial Engineering is a plus
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years
 
As a Deloitte Consultants / Sr. Consultants, you will deliver engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions within our experienced energy team. Our Consultants / Sr. Consultants are expected to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
  • Developing and implementing business sound solutions for energy clients with strong interpersonal and technical skills

Customer & Market Solutions: Design customer and market oriented solutions including customer segmentation, product portfolio, channel strategy, pricing & promotions, go-to-market strategy, etc.

Custom IT Development and package Implementations: design and implement IT systems for energy companies with a focus on trading and risk management activities, implementation of packager IT systems including ERP systems, ETRM systems and analytics solutions.
