• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematical Engineering and related Information Technologies.
• At least 2+ years experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic experience in Tibco, Oracle OSM is preferable.
• Knowledge in Siebel  is preferable.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle.
• Fluent English.
• No military obligation.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Order Management Opr. Senior Specialist (Oracle OSM/Tibco) with the will and ambition to work in Customer Services - Order Management Function, reporting Order Management Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Responsible for performing application monitoring and  performance tuning of released product and services.
• Responsible for troubleshooting of transactions.
• Creating new alarms for new products and services and take necessary action when triggered.
• Providing required information for defects, following up on defects within predefined SLA.
• Solving Fault cases reported by Cops within predefined SLA.
• Performing necessary tests on preproduction before releases.
