• University Degree in Faculty of Law, Master’s degree is an asset
• Minimum 6 -7 years of legal/compliance experience, ideally in the industry with production site experience. Solid labor law (especially union contracts) and corporate law background is a must.
• Strong understanding of Pharma business, multi-national corporate structure and ability to draw out business implications of legal issues
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation ability
• Proactive, take ownership for results, overcome obstacles and drive change.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking and reporting skills
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No obstacle to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage overall legal requirements of business by providing legal advice and guidance,
• Ensure corporate compliance with legal requirements,
• Advise the company on its contractual & statutory obligations, legal risks and legislation change
• Manage disputes and litigation, coordinate the work flow with external legal firms
• Support management decision processes with legal risk assessments especially on Labor Law, Contracts and Corporate Law issues.
• Support implementation of all compliance initiatives, as per global/regional requirements.
• Perform trainings and assurance on compliance rules and regulations
