We are looking for a 'HSE Manager' for our Industrial Plant Projects in Russia.
The requirements for the successful team members are :

• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working directly within the HSE career position. This period of time must have been within the oil&gas /construction discipline.
• Knowledge of English / Russian.
• Capable of using MS Office Programs
• Nebosh Certificate, Familiarization with and assist in the interpretation on all local, national and internationel laws. Good understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements. Good analytical skill, Goog communcation skill

İŞ TANIMI

• Prioritizing and producing a strategy for implementing the various elements of the HSE ( Health, Safety and Environment ) plan and ensuring that it is being communicated effectively throughout the project organization and subcontracting companies
• Covering corporate governance issues related to the management of HSE risk induding policies, standards, legislation audit and compliance.
• Establishing and maintaining a professionel relationship with CLİENT and subcontractor company representatives.
• Providing direction as necessary to attain Safety Management Standards and goals required by the safety programmed
• Establishing a system of audits that measure the effectiveness of the safety programmed, collecting performence data, calculating performence indicators and ensuring that the requirements are being effectively communaceted throughout the workforce
