Test Analyst / Tester

• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Set up and maintain the linkage between Requirements Traceability Matrix and test cases.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Serve as an interface to the business users for test case review and execution
• Develop test cases, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including quality, functional, integration, and performance and user acceptance tests.
• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
• Execute test cases.
• Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans.
• Communicate with the application team to clarify issues that arise out of the testing process.
• Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Validate product fixes.
• Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.
• Execute automated functional test, capture and analyse results
• Log defects
• Create test data.
• Prepare related testing documentation.

• Bachelor degree from 4 years faculties of universities
• Not exceeding 40 years old
• 0 to 2 years of testing experience
• Analytical mentality
• Experience and capability for preparing and conducting documentation about responsibility field
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience at banking is preferable
• Being a good team member and having strong self-motivation
• To be willing to learn and change
