QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

-University 3rd or 4th year student of Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences(preferably Business Administration) and Engineering Departments (preferably Industrial Engineering)
-Ability to work maximum 2,5 days (20 hours) per week during school time (for min 6 months)
-Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
-Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English.
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team.
-High degree of enthusiasm and excitement for her/his work
-Generates practical new ideas for improvement
-We are looking for energetic, intelligent, driven candidates with a high level of integrity, who enjoys working towards common goals in a global team environment
-Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
-Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
-Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
-Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
-Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
-Collecting spare part diagnosis forms and preparing quotations in full contact with the customers, engineers and back office.
-Resolving possible process related issues(serial numbers, work orders, part numbers) by collaborating within the team and other teams.
-Preparing, revising, reviewing and sending quotations created and printed in Oracle GLProd platform.
Black/watch list and price list controls.
-Filling out SST (service sales tracking) report daily in order to report out every quotation sent and approvals coming from the customers.
-Full cooperation with ISS (Inside Sales Specialist) in order to complete quote to order processes.
-Full cooperation with ISS, CPL (Commercial Product Leader), PSS (Product Service Sales Specialist) and -FEs in order to enable negotiations and fulfill customer requests.
-Communicating with Oracle data team to correct and resolve software-related problems.
-Filling necessary areas in Asset Plus to inform back-office team about the quote status.

İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for a long-term intern who will support and work with a team of service sales and field engineers(FEs) to ensure GE Healthcare (GEHC) establishes best practice within the assigned area of responsibility (maximizing service sales revenue by increasing sales conversion rates, decreasing sales conversion times, full customer satisfaction, and quote to order processes).-Collecting spare part diagnosis forms and preparing quotations in full contact with the customers, engineers and back office.
