• Minimum of 10  years relevant logistics & after sales experience preferably in an international company with combination of  logistics, supply chain, after sales, demand management and forecasting department responsibilities.
• Experience with managing diverse teams including manager levels.
• Experience in retail sector
• A post-graduate degree in areas relevant to Supply Chain management is an advantage
• Excellent Knowledge of English language is a must, German advantageous
• Active and independent professional with leadership skills
• Able to work effectively under stress and pressure
• Able to react quickly to changing business climates
• Has strong communications skills
• No restriction for travel

• Managing Logistics and After Sales departments
• Implementing right strategies that delivery processes are effective and efficient in collaboration with Purchasing and Operations Departments
• Implementing and executing strategies for increasing income in Media - Markt stores in terms of after sales services
• Analyses customers’ requirements and needs, consolidates sales forecast and devises a general demand planning strategy
• Analyses existing contracts and negotiates conditions with logistics service providers, customs brokers and selects providers Optimizes supply chain and logistics costs
• Ensuring that processes such as goods customs clearance and delivery to warehouses are always proper and lean
• Ensures proper customs and delivery documentation in accordance with national legislation and internal company regulations
• Organizes and manages the system of internal / external warehousing in order to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Assists in planning the budget for the function
• Ensures quality of all processes
