SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - SUBSTATIONS

• University degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering),
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in energy sector (preferably in substation and competency substation products),
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP,
• Contract Management knowledge,
• Knowledge of OHS procedures and awareness in INCOTERMS,
• Solid organizational and managerial skills,
• Ability to handle the pressure,
• Proven negotiation skills,
• Result and solution oriented approach,
• Fast and effective decision making,
• Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills,
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Having a valid driving licence and no obstacle for travelling.

İŞ TANIMI

• Being in charge of operational aspects of purchasing, but also includes supply functions such as supplier agreements, negotiations, technology and relationship management.                               
• Obtain necessary services, materials and equipment from external and internal suppliers in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with ABB procurement procedures and policies.                                              
• Improving purchasing systems as well as procedures.
• Third party management including management of subcontractors, preparing contracts with suppliers, improving suppliers relations, creating accredited suppliers.                                                                                                                     
• Executing purchasing operations accordingly considering company budget and procedures on time.
• Investigate supply market in order to find suitable and reliable vendors.                                                
• Monitoring Suppliers Performance measurements.                                                                                                    
• Open  and follow up orders with internal & external vendors and custom agency.                                                                                                                        
• Prepare Shipping, Customs and Customer documents.
• Arrange transportation facilities and logistics.
• Follow up payables and make the payments.
• Take care of logistics KPIs such as lead time, freight cost, on-time delivery.
• Prepare related reports for all transactions.
• Achieve export-import procedures.
• Be in regional coordination and cooperation with SCM network.
• Reporting to  LBU Manager as a member of LBU Management Team.
