QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
CIB Acquisition Finance and Loan Structuring Manager / Assistant Manager
Searching for a CIB Acquisition Finance and Loan Structuring professional to join TEB CIB Team, which is part of the global integration to BNP Paribas.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have 4-7 years Banking experience
- Be fluent both in written and spoken English
- Be competent in MS office applications
- Be comfortable in liaising with several parties (both internally and externally)
- Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking, advanced decision making and cause-effect building skills
- Have sound financial background (general understanding of accounting principles and capital market products, financial analysis)
- Be proficient in presentation (both in preparing and presenting) and reporting
- Preferably exposure to financial modelling
- Preferably have credits knowledge
- Preferably prior exposure to Structured Finance transactions
İŞ TANIMI
-
Provide strong support to the marketing effort of the Bank in the structured loan market with a view to actively originate (through pitches) and structure non-plain vanilla financings, such as capex financings, acquisitions or privatizations situations.

Assist the team in all the steps of Structured Loan transactions i.e. from structuring, financial modelling, due diligence/credit analysis, to negotiating with clients, the production of a term sheet and the supervision of the loan documentation until closing of the deal

Gain internal credibility and recognition both at local and international levels.

Gain autonomy on small-cap and mid-cap transactions to allow the team to handle the significant deal-flow.

Liaising with other relevant business lines (both local & global) in order to structure a financing package tailored to the needs of both the client and the market.

Supporting the Credit Process & related elements

Follow up of deals until full repayment or refinancing including amendments & waivers
