Commercial Reporting & BI Senior Specialist

• Experience in related field (1+ years)
• Experience in logical data warehouse models & Business Intelligence tools & analytical tools
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Effectively cope with changing work environment
• Multi-task management                                     
• Ability to work with and understand both technical and business teams       
• Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
• Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

• Engage with key users in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints, priorities and develop periodic or add-hoc analytical reports from our current customer base to find a profitable target group of customers
• Gather the information requirements of the business from the Commercial teams and work with related departments in order to create an effective platform for BI outputs
• Follow and implement new BI technologies in order to provide more effective business results out of the data in the system
• Resolve issues related to unavailability of service data in datawarehouse as they arise during the development of reports, scorecards or dashboards
• To proactively look for opportunities to improve data quality and drive through to completion.
• Perform analysis of data quality issues both within the Enterprise Data Warehouse and legacy systems undertaking root cause and impact analysis and recommending appropriate resolutions
