QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, related field or equivalent experience.
Preferably 1 year banking experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
Analytical thinking
Customer and target oriented perspective
Proactive, creative, open minded and solution oriented.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at senior levels within the organization.
Ability to handle multitasking and work under time constraints
Advanced PC skills (Especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be energetic and self-motivated individual who has excellent problem solving skills.

Perform Root Cause Analysis to ensure issues are pinpointed and fed through for resolution, by implementing actions with tangible impact.
Execute diagnosis/root cause analysis for issues through the customer lens to ensure full and robust understanding of the nature of the issue and extensive research to generate cost efficient solutions.
Support in setting and directing strategy across RBWM for complaints and monitor KPI’s, trends to highlight issues and improve customer service performance and drive cost efficient solutions to deal with major sources of complaints.
