QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University degree in civil engineering preferred or equivalent engineering qualification.
Direct sales experience of construction, steel & metal or facade materials preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with Key Account Management
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additionally German is a plus.
Ability to manage multi-tasks effectively, excellent analytical skills
Strong planning and organization skills
Active driver with no travel restriction

The candidate will be responsible for;
Introduce Berner products and services to appropriate departments in the targeted company and within subsidiaries of major groups.
Frequently visit defined big construction projects to demonstrate and introduce Berner products to related sub-contractors. Also visiting architectural and static offices for registering Berner’s products in conformity with the specifications of big construction projects.
Develop specific value propositions, based on the key account’s critical success factors and effectively communicate to all involved in the overall development of the key account to fulfill legal financial requirements of the company.
Introduce strategic sales methods to managing the product portfolio and introduce value added components to ensure future development and growth of share within the key account
Interface with key accounts at corporate level and negotiate terms and conditions of sale with targeted accounts.
Possess ability to create and execute customer development plans, manage and avoid potential channel and customer conflict with tactful communication and account management skills.
Possess good understanding of customer product screens, dynamics of profit margin generation, sell out strategies, competitive product sets and key product differentiators.
