QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

-Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office, esp. Word & Excel), Internet Explorer
-Fluent in English
-Excellent communication skills. Interact, communicate and work effectively with business, other team members and external 3rd parties (customers) as well
-Ability to maintain high volume of information, conduct statistical analysis and ensure an accurate record keeping
-Thorough & rigorous in analyzing facts to determine relevance
-Personal accountability and ability to work under time pressure
-High level of reliability / confidentiality
-Able to work min. 20 hours a week
-Coordinate collection of documents from potential distributors and update internal IT tools
-Conduct basic due diligence checks such as watch list and media check
-Work with agencies to check registered information, credit record, financial status and negative information of Third Party candidates and raise concerns to Dealer Compliance Manager
-Escalate any potential risks or integrity issues to Dealer Compliance Manager
-Draft distribution agreements and based on the corporate templates, collect commercial details from business team, arrange appovals and signatures
-Follow-up of signed contracts, counterchecks of contracts and follow up of countersignature of contracts
-Maintain all compliance/ITP contract related files in good order
-Ensure IT controls are in place to prevent sales with non-approved 3rd parties

İŞ TANIMI
Conduct basic due diligence checks for third parties under the general supervision of Dealer Compliance Manager to ensure that companies that want to distribute GE Healthcare products have the right capabilities and have not had legal or reputatioal issues in the past. Draft contracts and letters of authorisation under the general supervision of Dealer Compliance Manager.The internship roles’ duration is 6 months and aim to give students the chance to gain valuable work experience in a global company.-Coordinate collection of documents from potential distributors and update internal IT tools
