• Graduated from Engineering Department; Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering
• Minimum 4 years telecommunication or GSM network operation management experience
• Project Management Experience is a plus
• MS office applications knowledge
• Good command of English Military service should be completed for male candidates
• Willing to domiciliate in Diyarbakır

İŞ TANIMI

 

• Accountable for the MSPs management according to the agreed SLA’s
• Ensure site inventory and update
• Ensure the request (wor) and approval of BCOs’ network outages and cutovers.
• Ensure the performing and controlling of periodical maintenance activities via BCOs
• Ensure the performing, controlling and to keep documentation of site acceptance tests
• Ensure the overcome Level2 and Level3 urgent maintenance problems which can not be solved by BCOs
• Ensure all operation in the Region including 3rd party staff is in line with the Security and Health & Safety guidelines of VF
• Represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, TT, BTK)
• Manage strong relations with the vendors and 3rd parites in the region
• Strong co-operation with Central Functions and NOC teams for 7x24 service quality
• Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans
