İŞ TANIMI

• Analyses past sales, stock, weather and all sales-related large data sets to create and improve robust forecasting methods.
• Continuously works with merchandising and operation teams to gather feed-backs about forecasts, as well as insights about future demand in order to systematically improve forecasting methods and their accuracy.
• Prepares and gives trainings to store managers and section managers on forecasting methodology in order to increase the quality of their forecasts.
• Maintains automated forecast systems (SQL procedure).
• Regularly keeps track of every day forecast errors, distinguish noise, and acts to eliminate real errors structurally.
• Does research and collaborate with consultants and academia towards improving methods and forecast accuracy.
• Reports all forecast related outputs and inference material to all relevant parties.
• Automates reports which will be sent on a regular basis, through working with IT-teams.
