Proven track record of delivering full life cycle Business Analysis / Functional Analysis and Design in the Mobile and Fixed Telecom industry
Expertise in the VAS and Service domains
Confident communicator who is able to communicate effectively in a large organization, adjust communication style for audience and articulate complex information clearly
Driven self-starter who has a strong team worker ethic
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
IIAB Certification is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Business Analyst Expert with the will and ambition to work in Fixed & Services Delivery Management Function, reporting Fixed & Services Delivery Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The Business Analyst role encompasses working closely with Business Units to analyse, define, clarify and gain approval of high quality requirements. The Business Analyst is the interface between Business Unit and the Delivery team and will work closely with Product Manager, Project Manager, Designers and Testers to ensure that Requirements are understood and appropriate designs and tests are produced to realise the expected solution.

Accountable for analyzing the business requirement, supporting business in product and idea generation and preparation of the Functional Analysis & Design and User Acceptance Test documentations and other associated analysis activities
Understand, shape and agree the scope of the project, understand business drivers and manage scope change.
Deliver high quality business requirements optimized for business value on time
Accurately estimate own resource project load for input to the resourcing process.
Use appropriate BA tools and techniques to gather, document and communicate the Business Requirements effectively.
Lead the analysis effort on projects by taking responsibility for providing insight to required change, developing the initial project concept, challenging assumptions, prioritizing business needs and owning the requirements process.
Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively to manage expectations and outcomes.
Accountable to deliver the small projects and configuration type demands within time, budget (Opex&Capex) and scope.
SPOC to our internal delivery teams and external delivery partners for the feasibility step of delivery process.
