Runmate has established its first office in Istanbul at 2013 and established its second office in Izmir at 2014 serving the Aegean Region. In the near future, Runmate will be establishing new branches at premier cities of Turkey.

Due to our expanding business volume, we are currently looking for a “Senior Consultant” to join our Istanbul team with the following requirements:

• University degree from a reputable university
• Min 5 years of experience in recruitment as a consultant or sales/business development experience in services sector
• Result oriented personality with strong planning, analysing and organizational skills besides a good 'business development' and 'sales focus'
• Having a strong relationship management experience
• Comfortable with 'multi-tasking' and essential to be a highly organised person with strong management abilities and inter-personal skills
• Energetic, highly motivated for consultancy with a positive attitude and proactive approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish

İŞ TANIMI

• To contribute to the growth of Runmate through the prospecting and business development activities
• To manage and serve clients, identify their needs and provide the high quality service according to their needs
• To make detailed searches and networking, conducting face to face interviews, assess and coach the candidates for the recruitment of the right-fit candidates for the clients
• To develop relationship with candidates, networking and contribute company's CV database to grow
