• Responsibility of all project management including Coordination of Analyse, System Analyst support,

• Schedule Management, Test, Release and Change management, Depployment, Training and stabilization.

• Performing all knowledge transfer to the support process including all training documents

• Taking responsibility of first contact point of support during stabilization period of the project.

• Measurement and reporting with the PMO project management standards.

• Responsibility of all IT related process changed on Supply Chain

• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK methodologies and Scrum-Agile methodology

• Good reporting skills

• Negotiation skills

• Testing methodologies and procedures.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provides a single point of contact and is responsible for coordinating all change functions within International IT

• Ensures that proper testing occurs for all changes released into the production environments managed by International IT.

• Implements one or more IT changes, upgrades, releases or installations.

• Handles requests for customized operational solutions. Consults with IT  and IT staff to identify solution requirements. Coordinates solution build activities with Release Analyst.

• Keeps security of Project and store opening implemantations with right capacity and procurement management

• Reviews the related demand and decides the convenience of the demand. (Professional/Technical Competence)

• Evaluates the relevance of new projects considering the existing infrastructure

• Scrum and agile methodology usage in the project
