QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (major specializing in industrial relations and human resources preferred),
  • 4+ years  experience in Human Resources (recruitment, organizational planning & development, performance management, training management),
  • Recruitment experience in Construction is preferred,
  • Very good knowledge about Turkish Labor Legislation,
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Ability to establish credibility with managers and employees.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, work proactively, and to achieve results without close supervision,
  • Proven organizational skills and experience leading HR projects,
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.

We are looking for an HR Generalist for an international company that has been acting as a business developer in constructions, media & marketing, IT, business administration and staff recruitment for the last 13 years. Its main competencies: project management, engineering, accessing grants, software development, management systems certification.
 
 
Job Description:
  • Responsible for recruiting job posting in the most proficient local recruitment channels, review application/resume, interviews job applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make,
  • Follow up and update all labor law and other legal procedures,
  • Managing the relationship with formal institutions and organizations,
  • Providing counsel/support to management and employees.
  • Managing HR projects as required by the HR Business Partners to ensure that HR policies and procedures are developed continuously to meet overall business requirements,
  • Responsible with the hiring process: elaborating and signing employment contracts,  maintaining documents evidence, elaborating employee certificates by request,
  • Lead payroll responsible in payroll calculations and follow up,
  • Maintaining knowledge of current human resources trends, state & federal regulations, and company policies,
  • Preparing internal employee communications regarding employment contracts, compensation, benefits, or company policies,
