- University degree
- Understanding of development methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall

- Demonstrable partner management experience preferably in a market driven environment

- Excellent written and oral communications
- Negotiation and creative problem solving skills
- Highly process aware, with a commitment to quality
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Product Delivery & Transformation – Project Manager Expert with the will and ambition to work in Core Products Delivery Management Function, reporting Core Products Delivery Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Single accountable to manage end to end project /program management within agreed time, scope and cost
- Ensure integrity of Technology Programme & Project Portfolio while supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with stakeholder expectations
- Ensure correct levels of reporting of projects and programmes to stakeholders
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards.
- Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
- Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
- Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.
- Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
- Life cycle and post analysis of the projects.

More than 5 years of experience
