QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree in Food / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Living (or willing to live) in Tuzla / İstanbul
İŞ TANIMI
• Actively implement the concept of Quality Management System throughout the company
• Review all quality standarts and procedures etc. to determine methods of improving / upgrading quality, reducing spoilage / wastage and operating costs where possible
• Plan work schedules and effectively co-ordinate the activities of the Incoming Inspection, Check Inspection and Quality Laboratory departments
• Evaluate and identify the capabilities of all processes within the manufacturing enviroments
• Prepare and submit required quality reports for both local and corporate management
• Continually monitor and take action when required on the actual and planned expenditure of the quality department
• Conduct initial and on going trials with regard to new products etc. in the areas of product, process and materials ton ensure the timely introduction and implementation of the same
• Participate and/or able to lead team project
• Able to organize the quality improvement projects with the supplier if required and complete in estimated period

2 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
