QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Associate degree / vocational school graduate or higher
· Minimum 3 years of experience in information technologies
· Eligible for working under shift work scheme
· Experience in Linux and/or Unix based operating systems; Microsoft operating systems and COTS products
· Experience in operating of virtual systems is an asset
· Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and repair capability for electronic equipment
· Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
· Experienced in a 7X24 SLA environment
· Aptitude for cooperation and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to respond immediately to often changing business priorities
· Good command of English (Turkish and/or Arabic knowledge is an asset)
· No restriction for travelling abroad
Main responsibilities will include providing IT support in order to ensure systems are maintained and supported to the highest standards in accordance with service level agreements and as required by contract conditions.
· Offering technical on-site support upon direct end user requests and/or TAV IT call center assignments
· Escalating unsolved issues to next level support entity, following the work flow
· Carrying out routine physical controls of server room conditions
· Providing coordination between TAV IT and customer helpdesk entities
· Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems
· Installing hardware and software systems
· Maintaining or repairing technical equipment
· Providing end user trainings

We are looking for Aviation IT Systems Technicians working for new Riyadh and Dammam Projects of TAV IT.Main responsibilities will include providing IT support in order to ensure systems are maintained and supported to the highest standards in accordance with service level agreements and as required by contract conditions.
