•  Especially mechanical engineering student from a reputable university or has a mechanical engineering degree from a reputable university
•  Must be available at least 2,5 days a week
•  2nd or 3rd year of college / 1st year of graduate education

• Providing office support to Original Equipment Sales department associates in daily work
• Managing monthly customer sales reports and analyses
• Providing market research and data analysis support for new projects
• Maintaining customer files and archives
• Operational support with SAP (credit/debit notes from customers, purchase orders for office supplies, etc. )
• Maintaining exchange rate follow-up files
• Preparing and sending quotation letters to customers
