• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, , Electronics Engineering or in a related discipline. 
• Information Technologies, Algorithms, Relational Databases, Object Oriented Technologies 
• Good understanding of the Telecommunications Business 
• Strong technical background of Provisioning, Integration, Order Management technologies, products and services.
• Strong experience of software development process 
• Strong experience on Object Oriented analysis, design and coding. 
• Relational Database Modelling and Processing 
• Good knowledge of the following technologies: Tibco BW, Tibco EMS, Tibco Administrator, Oracle Database concepts, PL/SQL, Java, Shell Scripting, TCL, XML, SOAP, JSP, EJB, J2EE, Web Services, , UML, Application Modelling Tools, Database Modelling Tools 
• Overall and detailed design knowledge about the Order Management, Integration and Middleware Systems. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ability to streamline production processes, prioritise tasks and report back on status of ongoing production activities. 
• Analytical thinking. 
• At least 6 years of experience in related areas
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal). 
• Strong interpersonal communication skills. 
• Good understanding of the Company’s Operating Structure
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Participate and review development design and code within the team.
• Participate and support solution design activities
• Develop, design and implement solution. (Drawing simple flow chart, Designing database model, Designing modules (methods, functions, procedures...), Writing release notes & related software development documents)
• Doing Unit tests, Solving software defects, Testing usability, scalability, performance, compatibility, reliability of software
• Identify solutions for issues and prioritize efforts for solving them. 
  Supporting service management department for installing or maintaining the software product as long as required
• Support, consult and supervise less experienced software developers.
• Do the maintenance and 3rd level support of the products delivered, as long as required.
• Working with partners to envision, define, and execute integrations of software into our customers software platform.
• Follow the evolving business proactively and be prepared for the new services to be demanded on the related modules.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve our time to market and service quality.
• Contribute creative ideas to the product development pipeline.
• Spread the research results and know-how to the team.
• Work as a team member in software development processes.
