İŞ TANIMI

 

• Establishing the necessary control mechanism for timely and accurate generation of the customer/subscriber invoices, and carrying out detailed and analytic reports following the billing process and transmitting these reports to the relevant departments.
• Establishing coordination between the work units
• Providing the necessary billing support in new projects.
• Reporting the problems and errors occurring during the billing process, and publishing these reports.
• Executing the projects related to the Billing Assurance Management, and carrying out the effect analysis studies for the projects initiated by the other units.
