“We are looking for a Customer Management Expert, to work on Marketing department, reporting to Customer Management Unit Manager.“

• Graduated from Management, Economics, Engineering (Preferably Industrial engineering)
• At least 4 years of total work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing
• Able to manage global projects by attending international meetings and liaising with international staff to implement best practice approaches
• Excellent project management skills,
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Problem solver, innovative
• Strong analytical mind, able to analyze & solve complex financial and operational data
• Adapt quickly into market and company dynamics
• Fluent written and spoken english
• Completed military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage customer value strategy (Customer Retention, Up/Cross Sell, etc.)
• Improve customer experience through key CRM projects, tailor channel experience in order to design future customer experience vision; benefit from existing customer insights and research, utilize produced analytics outputs
• Define ideal customer management model; adjust roles, responsibilities and compensation models, which in turn will contribute highest customer value
• Identify areas for improvement; work with stakeholders to agree owners, actions and plans
• Lead Customer Experience projects, develop strategies by following market dynamics
• Support financial modeling processes of owned projects
• Develop new projects for areas related to improvement
• Identify new growth opportunities collaborating with channel teams
