To support our growth plans and to strengthen the existing team of professionals, we require an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be located at our plant in Çorlu:

Ø      Maintenance of rotating machines

Ø      Maintenance of Gear boxes / Blowers / Pumps

Ø      Maintenance of material handling systems such as cranes / fork lifts etc 

Ø      Various types of bearings

Ø      Alignment & Balancing

Ø      Trouble shooting for mechanical related problems

Ø      Maintenance systems (Preventive / Scheduled / Breakdown)

Ø      Exposure to TPM , 5S and CBM

Ø      Maintenance Chillers / Air compressors / Boilers / Hot oil Boiler

Experience on Gas Based Cogeneration system Maintenance and operation shall be an added advantage

İŞ TANIMI

Ø      Trouble shooting for mechanical failures

Ø      Trouble shooting of Services / Utilities (Air compressors / chillers / boilers) related problems

Ø      Implementation of maintenance systems such as Preventive / Scheduled / Breakdown / TPM / 5S / CBM

Ø      Identifying the reasons of problems and work on elimination

Ø      Documentation control (Daily Log books , History log books , check lists , scheduled maintenance records)

Ø      Shutdown planning

Ø      Coordination with process department for improvements and regular problem solving

Ø      Training of subordinates ( Technicians)

Ø      Inventory control – Spare part listing / Min stock requirement / vendor development / follow up for procurement
