* At least 5 years experience in supply chain especially in Sales and operations planning
* Familiar with ERP systems preferably SAP 
* Fluent in English
* Excellent communication skills

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
* Drive process improvements in demand & supply planning processes
* Benchmark performance internally and externally against best practices and stay abreast of industry trends in demand & supply planning processes
* Coordinate collection of sales, marketing, customer, product, competitive and statistical inputs to improve the quality of the demand plan and Demand Review process 
* Establish, maintain, and improve demand planning and communications tools
* Establish performance metrics and improvement targets for demand plan quality
* Secure maximum Customer Satisfaction through qualitative, timely and correct information flow and planning realisation 
* Enable the effectiveness of S&OP process
* Contribute to the inventory management KPIs aligned with regional, local targets.
* Ensure agreed level of customer service level achieved
