Internal Control Specialist

Adidas

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields,
• Experience of Risk management, Internal investigations, Security or Audit within Retail Industry -  ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG,
• 3-4 years of functional experience in audit or internal control,
• Solid accounting knowledge,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Turkish and English,
• For male candidates, military service should be completed.

İŞ TANIMI

• Improving Internal Controls in all Company processes,
• Ensuring compliance of the processes with established internal control frameworks and Group/Area best practices,
• Establishing Group's Business Continuity plans to ensure minimum disruption to the business,
• Reducing Shrinkage (Retail Losses) via process improvement, training, awareness and where needed the investigation of internal or external theft,
• Assessing, measuring and reporting the internal controls and risks of the company in parallel with the local regulations and the defined internal control system,
• Assuring that necessary actions have been taken for the control deficiencies and risks,
• Facilitating and controlling necessary updates in policies & procedures of the company and makes sure that company complies them properly,
• Preparing periodic reports,
• Conducting internal & retail audits, developing action plans and following up their progress,
• Serving as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies.
