QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience in training or consultancy
- Worked as hairdresser
- At least hairdressing vocational highschool degree
- Fluent in English or French
- Highly developed sense of aesthetics and luxury
- Advanced analytical, planning and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel
İŞ TANIMI
As the education responsible of the Professional Channel, you will be responsible of:
- Training the brand sales team regularly on topics such as: Product Information, Massage Techniques, Sales Techniques.
- Translation and adaptation of International trainings.
- Updating the basic level trainings with all new launches and ensuring the proficiency of the sales team.
- Organizing outsourced basic level product trainings: Preparation of the content, training the trainer, reporting of the participation and results, follow-up of the trainings.
- Visiting A type of clients on a regular basis and define their training needs. Preparing and conducting custom trainings in these salons and developing hair care services in A type of salons
- Building an international network and following the global trends and best practices.
