QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “HSE Supervisor” for our Industrial Projects in Russia.
The requirements for the successful team members are;
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
Solid knowledge and experience of relevant Russian/International HSE laws, legislations and implementations,
Knowledge in OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001and ISO 9001,
· Monitor the implementation of safety and loss prevention plans throughout the project,
· Promote safe working environment attitudes among all personnel,
· Conduct site or area surveys to determine safe limits of exposure,
· Develop and implement safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions,
· Comply with Company’s HSE Management System,
· Identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant industry safety practices,
· Investigate accidents to minimize recurrence and prepare accident reports,
· Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings,
· Produce project monthly statistics,
· Conduct and coordinate required HSE trainings.
The requirements for the successful team members are;
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in in Industrial Project,
- Experience in working with EPC, construction companies for large-scale international projects
- Previous international environment work experience
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
Solid knowledge and experience of relevant Russian/International HSE laws, legislations and implementations,
Knowledge in OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001and ISO 9001,
- Excellent command of English, Russian is a plus,
- Proven expertise on Primavera, MS Office applications,

· Maintain an effective control of Health, Safety, and Environmental impact management, together with the processes of auditing, review and feedback,· Monitor the implementation of safety and loss prevention plans throughout the project,
· Promote safe working environment attitudes among all personnel,
· Conduct site or area surveys to determine safe limits of exposure,
· Develop and implement safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions,
· Comply with Company’s HSE Management System,
· Identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant industry safety practices,
