QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

During the first few years in our company, you will be part of Shell's global Graduate Programme. The Shell Graduate Programme has been designed to give remarkable candidates like you the outstanding experience and training you'll need to become a future leader of our business. We will identify a number of assignments for you, which offer maximum opportunity for learning and contribution. You may have up to 2 roles assigned to you in the first 3 years. Thereafter, rather than prescribing a career for you, we would like you to maximise your potential by letting you drive the direction and jobs you move through. We will of course provide help and advice along the way.
Within the Graduate Programme in Turkey, we currently have an opportunity available in the Downstream Commercial (Retail) area.
With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a similar degree, you will ideally already have gained some practical experience (no more than three years). While an academic background is important to us, it's not our main consideration. To enable graduates to thrive in a dynamic and innovative organisation such as Shell, our rigorous and challenging selection process is designed to assess the qualities of Capacity, Achievement and Relationship (CAR). You'll have the ability to absorb information, analyse problems, make objective decisions and come up with innovative ideas. You'll also be enthusiastic and confident, and capable of working in a diverse team.
