QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

* Graduates of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant fields. MBA or masters degree in Human Resources would be ideal
* Max 3 years of experience in a similar position gained at a well-established (ideally multinational) company 

(Candidates who do not have significant professional experience in HR but have the inspiration to be a part of a full-fledged HR organization are also welcomed.)
* Demonstrated success both as a team leader and player 

* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
* Computer proficiency in MS Office Set
* Excellent communication skills 

 

İŞ TANIMI

Human Resources Business Partner will:
* Report to the Human Resources Manager 
 
* Take the lead in one or more Human Resources areas; i.e. recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, talent management, employer branding, compensation & benefits and personnel administration 
 
* Take initiative in diverse projects which would bring added value to both Human Resources and overall business 
 
* Serve as a strategic partner to several business divisions and assume active role in introducing effective Human Resources solutions: 
  • Work in partnership with all internal/external stakeholders in the business to provide coaching, support and influence to effectively deliver people plans. Provide full-fledged HR consultancy and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions
 
  • Work with the Senior Management Teams at times of change and transformation. Provide advice on change management initiatives as well as organisational / departmental restructures
 
  • Work with other Human Resources Business Partners in designing models as well as fine-tuning active systems in line with the changing dynamics and needs 
 
  • Take part in identifying short, medium and long term resourcing issues. Build and maintain the local manpower plans, co-ordinate with the business about workforce supply and demand and challenge clients on new roles, replacement and recruitment as well as retention strategies
 
  • Embed a performance management culture within the business area as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback and the improvement of customer service
 
  • Contribute to the development of the wider HR strategy and work closely with the Senior Human Resources Management Team
