QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Personnel Admin, Affairs and Accrual System
- Good knowledge of e-declaration matter
- Good knowledge of payroll and HR administrative functions
- Experience in FTE & Headcount reporting
- Proven experience in HR budget process
- Good understanding of SGK law legislation, experienced in legal statute and reporting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective use in MS Office Programs (Advanced Excel knowledge)
- Knowledge in SAP HR would be advantage

- Reporting directly to the Compensation & Benefits Manager
- Responsible for leading personnel admin, affairs, and accrual system
- Supporting payroll and HR administration processes
- Managing FTE & Headcount reporting process with utmost attention to details
- Actively managing HR budget process
