Landscape Delivery/Application Development Manager

• University degree
• Previous experience in Project/Program Management of a major SAP ECC project
• Minimum 5+ years SAP experience
• Ability to manage suppliers, ensuring the Services delivered by Strategic Partners meet the cost and service level expectations and requirements of the Unilever business
• Previous experience in leading teams distributed across multiple countries
• Experience in the engagement of key, senior level stakeholders, along with proven ability to influence and manage relationships with those stakeholders
• SAP ECC Functional knowledge in at least one SAP module
• Experience in Multi-Country projects
• Good understanding of ITIL procedures
• Fluent in English

• Manage the Landscape Project Portfolio, align Project Timelines and identify conflicts
• Perform demand and resource planning across various teams
• Providing accurate estimations for project costs and timeline
• Project implementation within timelines and budget
• Engage with vendors for resource planning and to monitor progress
• Lead Project Managers for Landscape Level Projects. Ensure that they are compliant with Unilever project standards and processes while delivering project objectives in high quality
• Provide support to IT Business Partners in driving clarity of business requirements, high level design, cost and time estimates to facilitate the production of high quality charters
• Avoid business disruption due to incidents within the landscape systems
• Closely monitor service quality of Application Development vendors
• Ensure change management guidelines are followed carefully with focus on change impact assessment and testing
• Ensure that system sustainability and performance KPIs are considered during design, build and testing
• Whilst implementing the changes, ensure that business requirements are met; solutions designed & implemented preserve system integrity, performance and compliance KPIs
