QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Graduate from a reputable university
• Min 5 years relevant experience in Site Acquisition
• Excellent command of English (verbal/written) is essential
• Opex Management Experience
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.
• Renewal of ended contracts within budget alignment. Contract loose ratio should be very low for operational effectiveness.
• Responsible for regional leases and rentals OpEx. Following monthly actual status and realize monthly and yearly company targets.
• Manage the Coordination, scheduling and tracking of site visits and technical team visits with various departments
• Sharing activities with other mobile operator (Reconciliations, offers and approval)
• Government & Municipality relationship management for new acquisition and renew existing contracts, solve ad-hoc governmental issues.
• Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
• Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
