İŞ TANIMI


We are seeking a CRM Operation Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Customer Services - CRM Management Function, reporting CRM Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
  • Responsible of CRM systems
  • Responsible of daily operational activities and availibility of systems
  • Investigating problems, finding root cause of the problems.
  • Deployment of new products and services
  • Implementing change management processes and user requests
  • Periodic monitoring of systems for performance bottlenecks
  • Performance tuning of applications to ensure business needs and agreed SLAs are met
  • Incident and error handling for application errors
