Senior Internal Control Specialist

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering,
• Fluent in English, both oral and written,
• Minimum 4 years of internal auditing experience (preferably in FMCG industry),
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Experience in planning, supervision, and execution of internal audit,
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• High sence of ethics and responsibility,
• Extensive business mindset and strong problem solving and analytical skills,
• Strong sense of urgency and result-orientation,
• External audit experience is preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure the proper implementation of the Internal Control framework to strengthen the processes efficiency and prevent risks by
• Establishing auditing policies and procedures, and ensuring that audit processes are in line with Group standards,
• Carrying out independent appraisal and review of the financial systems and business operations within the company and advice the management when current practices are not in line with company policies & procedures or risks are not managed within acceptable levels,
• Preparing regular internal audit reviews for the Management Committee  and ensuring that the audit action plan is in line with Group recommendations and norms,
• Advising Management Committee about internal audit action plan, audit activities, risks and control weaknesses by delivering regular reports,
• Following up with Management the actions taken in response to the audit reports to ensure that necessary actions are taken in a timely manner
• Conducting audits at various departments with a risk-oriented approach and ensuring that appropriate controls exist, processing is efficient and accurate, providing efficient and reasonable recommendations,
• Ensuring that procedures over financial reporting, operational efficiency, safeguarding of assets, and regulatory compliance are in compliance with local and corporate standards,
• Raising awareness to Internal Control fundamental principles by delivering awareness-raising actions and training
• Following up all internal control activities, and coordinating projects of Internal Control improvement
