QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for ambitious 'ORDER BOOKİNG & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST ' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Systems Division in Kartal location with below qualifications;
- University degree in Management,Economics or related fields
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP ( Project modüle)
- Good command of Engilish
- Military service completed for male applicants.
İŞ TANIMI
The candidate will be responsible from;- Generate invoices in SAP
- Create and follow up new orders&change orders in SAP
- Create and follow up Work Break Down Structure in SAP
- Create and follow up bill of deliveries
- Project follow-up through SAP in coordination with project managers
- Generate regular reports from SAP
- Create and follow up pruchase requisitions in SAP
- Follow up of receivables in coordination with accounting
- Booking and analysis of man-hours
- Supporting cooperation between operations.
