QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a “Process Development Engineer” to our R&D Center.
- Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering of reputable universities
- At least 3 years of process development experience in R&D environment
- Master Degree in Chemical Process Technologies is a big asset
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Especially responsible for development of Diaper product properties / production processes in Hygiene category
- Develop new chemical processes that enhance the capability, performance and reliability of related category products
- Evaluate and implement process controls for robust chemical processing of products
- Bring out equipment modification to enable process changes for new product development
- Respond to customer requirements, liaising with suppliers of raw materials and resolving production problems
- Responsible for interdisciplinary communication for project approval & product implementation
- Oversee the integration of new products with other commercial areas, including brand development, sales strategy, quality assurance, legal, marketing and manufacturing
- Manage development projects
- Monitoring new developments in hygiene process technology
