Our multinational client which operates in IT sector is looking for a software team manager.

-bachelor degree in computer engineering or related sciences, master degree is an asset
-at least 3-year experience of software development team leading
-min 2-year of software development experience in programming ASP.NET with C# programming language on SQL Server
-knowledge in programming ASP.Net using C# programming languages -database knowledge in SQL Server -strong analytical and problem solving skills with customer orientation
-self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
-target and result oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
-excellent communication and team working skills
-strong time management and organizational skills
-no military service obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

-responsible for software projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time within planned resources
-solving problems with the help of the team and participating and acting on the decisions
-organizing the team, making them understand the goal and objectives and making sure that they are attained
-ensuring that everybody is contributing, should be a mentor to them and encourages them to collaborate well with each other
