Supply Chain Specialist

• University degree from a reputable university (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Food Engineering preferred)
• Preferably 2-3 years of related experience in demand planning, supply chain management or logistics
• Food industry experience is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel, SAP experience is a must
• Strong communicator, team player, analytical thinker, planned and organized
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Works in close cooperation with internal (Sales and Operations) and international partners for timely and continuous supply.
• Follows up stock levels of the products and stabilizes the inventory levels (align with the inventory targets) with optimum service level.
• Works closely with Sales department in order to have better forecasting to achieve targetted Forecast Accuracy.
• Plans and monitors each step of supply process starting from forecasting to the distribution (forecasting, negotiation of production plans, follow up incomings, plan importation process, make goods ready for sales ontime).
• Procures necessary production materials (packaging, ingredients, and raw materials)
