GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Yıldız Holding is looking Assistant Auditors who will work for Internal Audit Department. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below: This role will be based within the Group Internal Audit department. Assistant Auditors are responsible for participating audit projects of Yıldız Holding and all of its companies including pladis, to evaluate the adequacy of overall control environment in both design and implementation, assisting in corporate investigations, and ad-hoc special projects. While primarily based in İstanbul, the positions will require a significant element of local and international travel. (up to 30%).

Requirements:

The key skills required for this position are:

Fresh graduates, or candidates who have graduated within the 2 years
Students who have or will have a Bachelor’s degree from departments at the Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Sciences etc.
Fluency English (speaking, understanding and writing) is a must,
Team-worker, with excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of enthusiasm and curiosity, passionate & willing to learn from top class seniors
High analytical capability, hardworking , openness to change & challenge and high degree of adaptability
Overall proficiency with personal computers, including experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

İŞ TANIMI

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the roles:
o    Participating to Internal Audits and project work to evaluate key risks and the adequacy of controls for key business / IT processes, including:
§  Participating in the completion of audit test procedures,
§  Communicating regularly audit findings noted to the review of the Seniors
§  Preparation of workpaper documentation according to standards
o    Ability to participate in peer group led audits as a team member.
o    As required, providing assistance to external auditors during their interim and annual reviews of the company.
o    Working as a global resource, participating in audit assignments as required in any location.
o    As required, provide input into infrastructure initiatives within the department e.g. templates, audit manual and methodologies.
