Software Development Team Leader

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields,
• 3+ years’ experience as a Software Developer(overall programming experience)
• Excellent C# programming skills,
• JavaScript, jQuery knowledge is a must,
• Development experience on mobile device platforms such as iPhone, Android is a plus,
• Should have knowledge on HTML standards and OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
• Have previous experience in team management, software team is a plus,
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills,
• Result oriented attitude and analytical mind,
• Eager to learn new technologies,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Finding solutions for records, which are root cause unknown or unsolved in event management,
• Analyzing , designing and implementation of customer requests and taking initiative on problem management structures,
• Prepare design documents,other technical committees to submit for approval to the team members
• Prepare the software versions,
• Responsible of the quality and efficiency of the work done as the team's leader,
• Training developers on the assigned team and helping the team achive its weekly workload,
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery,
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship,
• Research and evaluate a variety of software product,
• Controls, reviews and approves the work done by his team,
• Identifying training needs for the team and supporting training organization.
