QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Project Developer” who has the following qualifications and will be working in the expanding and growing organizational structure of our international company.
Direct Line: Project Development Manager
Assignments:
To assist Project Development Manager and team for the existing projects and identification of new wind and solar sites
Support the team for new YEKA tenders
To assist coordination of measurement requirements of Greenfield solar and wind projects
Preparation of projects for prelicense applications
Support the team for financial model creation and updates
Coordination of the dedicated project team composed of technical and engineering team members
Assist with internal development procedures preparations and approvals
Establish and manage relationships with the third parties involved in projects development: governmental offices, regulatory authorities, elected officials, public services, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, residents, land owners and farmers, etc.
To participate to the procurement of land rights: negotiation with landowners & follow up with government authorities
Assist the preparation and communication of reports, records, budget, timeline and notes on the projects internally and externally
To follow related regulations and sub-regulations with the projects and ongoing business
Support the team on collection of construction permits
Skills / Knowledge:
Degree in Engineering, Urban Planning or Environmental Studies
Very good command of English both in written and spoken
Experience in renewable energy project development 2-3 years
Driving license holder and active driver
Military service completed for male candidates
Good communication skills, ability to demonstrate technical proficiency, team player, attention to details, solution provider
Experience and knowledge at below are not required but considered as a plus:
Construction experience of wind & solar farms
Experience with modeling atmospheric tools (WAsP, WindFarmer, Meteodyn WT, Openfoam)
Knowledge/ Competence in atmospheric modeling (Mesoscale or CFD)
Experience with mapping tools (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS)
Knowledge in statistics
Basic understanding of the requirements, implications and key deliverables of an energy yield estimate and working experience with PVSyst
