We are looking for Operations Control Engineer and strong team member who will work in SunExpress Headquarters in Antalya

Requirements;

• Minimum University degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferable)
• Preferably having experience in an Engineering role in a multicultural environment more than 3 years.
• Having experience in Aviation is a plus.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
• Familiar with financial terminology.
• Good project management skills, with an ability to plan all tasks in a timely, concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eager to take initiative
• Decisive and result oriented.
• Open to new approaches and seek for new improvement ideas.
• Multitasking competency.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• High level of problem-solving skills.
• High level of cost discipline.
• Ability to be proactive, independent and self-organized as well as drive to lead initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

 Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows;

• Responsible for the improvement of operational processes.
• Involve in ongoing projects of all operational units.
• Analyze and improve operational costs.
• Define cost saving opportunities to improve our cost structure for operations.
• Managing projects to help maintaining our cost discipline.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support Operations management decisions.
• Annual budget and monthly forecast preparation for operational departments
• Unit cost trend monitoring and analysis.
• Claim and follow-up of the Aircraft related insurance cases on a global scale.
• Involve in innovation and digitization projects.
